    •    No Change-of-Mind Returns: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind, select the wrong size, or make duplicate purchases. Please review your cart carefully before completing your order.

    •    Defective Items Only: We only accept returns for items that possess a manufacturing defect or arrive damaged (e.g., a torn plush doll seam, a misprinted book, or broken merchandise).

    •    Physical Return Required: To qualify for a replacement or refund, the defective product must be physically returned to us.
